Cancellation policies
Our flexible cancellation policy ensures peace of mind for guests while maintaining clarity and fairness. Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if they cancel within 24 hours of booking acceptance, provided the booking is made at least 7 days before check-in. A 100% refund is also available for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in, and a 50% refund applies to cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in. After this period, all reservations become non-refundable.
Please note that any refund issued will be based on the amount paid for the reservation, excluding any applicable service fees or charges.
Making adjustments to your reservation booking
Guests can easily manage their stay through our guest portal, powered by Hospitable, our trusted direct booking partner. The portal is automatically created when you book and can be accessed via the “Manage My Stay” button in the booking confirmation email.
Please keep an eye out for your confirmation email from Hospitable, as it contains everything you’ll need to manage your booking.
The guest portal is designed to:
• Share the property address once the booking is confirmed.
• Allow guests to cancel their booking in line with our cancellation policy.
• Provide an easy way to contact us directly.
• Offer access to important details like the rental agreement and check-in tasks.
To make the process seamless:
• You can skip the one-time code verification if you proceed to check-in tasks immediately after booking.
• If accessing the portal later, you’ll need to enter a one-time code sent to your email or phone
for secure access.
There’s no need for a password, so you won’t have to worry about remembering login details. Simply look for the “Manage My Stay” button in your Hospitable email to access everything you need.
